The GhanaAQ project was established in May 2019 with the goal of deploying low cost air quality sensors in metropolitan areas of Ghana to bridge the air quality data gaps in these settlements to influence air quality action plans and protect public health

The project anchors the Breathe Accra Project which is part of the Breathe Cities initiative

You can donate a sensor to monitor air quality in a school or community through our sensor donation programme
